Return & Exchange Policy

At Squadsequoia, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

  • We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value.

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at squadsequoia.hq@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, issue details, and clear photos of the product.

  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Requests made after the 7-day exchange window.
